Once an order is placed and paid for, we do NOT accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for review. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or store credit.

To submit a claim, DIRECT MESSAGE ON INSTAGRAM @Htx.LashSupplu with clear photos of the item(s), your order number, and a clear photo of the packing slip.

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are NOT eligible for refunds or store credit.

Sale, promotional, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
